2 (14 1/2 oz) cans green beans, rinsed and drained
3 c. diced cooked chicken
1 med. onion, diced and sauteed
1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimentos
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 c. mayonnaise
6 oz. box Zatarain's long grain and wild rice, cooked according to package directions
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
pinch salt

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased 3 quart casserole dish. Bake 20-25 minutes or until bubbly. Enjoy:)
